The products available for purchase are those listed on the site at the time of your visit. SHREDLAB strives to present all essential characteristics as accurately as possible. Minor differences may exist between product images and the actual items.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT (all taxes included), excluding shipping fees. SHREDLAB reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Orders are considered final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is automatically sent.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order and can be made via the following methods:

  • Credit Card

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments (and other options available)

Transactions are secured according to current industry standards (SSL, PCI DSS, etc.).

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within [X business days] after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. SHREDLAB cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned unused, intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Exceptions: Personalized or used products are not eligible for return.

8. Legal Warranty

All our products are covered by the following legal warranties:

  • Conformity Guarantee (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code)

  • Hidden Defects Guarantee (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

9. Liability

SHREDLAB is not liable for improper use of its products, particularly in wet environments or following impact. The limitations of each product are clearly indicated in their descriptions.

Collected data is used solely for order processing and customer communication. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
